Accenture
2015-2019Python engineer, enterprise clients
Built Python automation for Bank of America and UCI Hospital as an off-campus hire via AMCAT.
The Origin
I have been organized since before I could frame it as a skill. The paper trail starts in 1996, when I was six years old, and it has not had a gap since. Every certificate, every mark sheet, every internal feedback screenshot from Accenture has been kept, scanned, and compiled: not out of nostalgia, but because proof has always mattered more to me than claims. What you see in the path below is built on that foundation.

Now: shipping the cosmik.work AI tool suite
This site is the ongoing, live output of that same practice.
The method
BAS is how founder chaos becomes operating leverage: map the workflows, automate the repetitive work, then scale what's proven.
Map every workflow. Find the bottlenecks. Design the system your company actually needs, not the one a template suggests.
Observe · Simplify · Systemize
Deploy AI where it earns its keep. Connect the tools you already pay for. Eliminate the busywork stealing founder hours.
Create leverage
Increase velocity without adding headcount. Tighten execution. Grow revenue faster than you grow complexity.
Compound the gains
The judgment
Not what they say. The gap between the two is where most expensive mistakes happen, and where I've made a habit of stepping in before they do.
A long-term US customer at CampK12 was unhappy, but the complaint didn't fully add up. Subtle Spanish phrasing in her calls pointed at the real ask: not a refund, a bilingual coding instructor for her child. Repositioned the request internally. Kept the account, avoided a refund and a possible public complaint.
Joined CampK12 in the early days of the pandemic, when loss and uncertainty were constant across the team. Started a simple appreciation habit in the company WhatsApp group. It held: zero attrition across three full years there, and former teammates have thanked me for it long after we all moved on.
A client's hiring mandate at Wroots Global called for a Senior Data Scientist, but the budget didn't match that title anywhere in the market. Went back and asked more questions instead of running a search set up to fail. The real need was narrower: data visualisation, Tableau, Power BI, SQL. Repositioned the mandate and delivered the hire.
Early in my career, a piece of assigned work fell outside my skill set. Rather than say no and let the workflow stall, I sourced it out through a freelance marketplace and kept delivery on track.
The payoff
Not a services engagement. Three concrete shifts in how the company runs.
Recruiting, revenue, and retention running as systems, not weekly heroics that collapse when one person is sick.
Workflows in production inside 90 days, built on tools you already pay for. Not a slide deck about transformation.
A single person responsible for how the company runs internally, so you can stop being that person yourself.
B2B pipelines built from scratch in under 90 days, as first Chief of Staff hire
CAD prospect pipeline under active management
CRM contacts organised across 9 categorised pipelines
Of placement target delivered: 31 roles closed against a target of 25
Fit check
Are between first revenue and Series B, where growth is outpacing the systems underneath it.
Want AI in production this quarter: real workflows, not a strategy document about them.
Need one trusted owner for internal operations, and are done being that owner themselves.
If that's you, the next step takes two minutes: send a note about what's breaking. I'll reply with an honest read on whether I can fix it.
Every growing company eventually becomes a systems problem.
Systems create leverage.
Leverage creates scale.
